Why Am I here? Well, since last year I have tried to answer that question, but the answer keeps changing each time I write something.
But, let’s see what I can come up with. I am one of those people who want desperately to be apart of the action and the in-crowd, but as soon as I am in the mix, I want it to end after only being there for 15 minutes or so. Not sure what that is all about, but, it is what it is. Now, don’t get me wrong, when I am out I am very engaging and will attempt to be the life of the party. This guarantees that I have a good time. HA! I think to all who know me and read this will be erasing my name from the invitation lists. (lol)
Oh well, I’m not referred to as a ‘Jaded Narcissist’ for nothing.
The above does not tell why I am here, I guess, I was just rambling. I am currently in my one and a half years away from obtaining my Criminal Justice degree. Not too sure what I will do with it afterward, but I will think of something. Why Criminal Justice? I have learned more and more about history lately and decided to change my major from psychology, (as if we don’t have enough unemployed degreed psychologists roaming the streets) to cynical justice to learn as much as I can about our past. In high school, I took all my history courses during summer school, therefore I retained nothing.
But, no worrying, life is one big lesson. If we’re not learning, then what’s the point of life.
In the past two years, I’ve accomplished two goals I’ve wanted to do. One was learned to shoot and the other was to get my passport together. I’ve learned some basics of shooting ads became licensed. That was a huge accomplishment for me. I applied for my passport since we are scheduled to visit South Korea in the Spring of ’16.
I’m thankful for my full life. I have three beautiful children (18, 19, & 23) that are my gifts from God. Not to forget my better half who helped me be a stronger me.
Life is good, just remember to live free and to love on purpose.
