A canvas vast, in shades of blue,
The ocean whispers secrets, old and new.
A mystery, wrapped in saline embrace,
A world within a world, a timeless space.
It dances ‘neath the moon, a lover’s waltz,
With stars above, in endless, rhythmic pulse.
Each wave, a breath, a life, a story told,
Of mariners bold, and treasures untold.
The ocean, she is mother, she is grave,
Her depths conceal, her currents save.
A keeper of the past, in her embrace,
Lost cities sleep, history’s trace.
She sings a song of storms, of calm, of might,
Her moods as varied as day and night.
A force that shapes the earth, erodes the stone,
An artist, crafting shorelines, all her own.
In her depths, a world of silent grace,
Where light dims, and time slows its pace.
A realm where creatures of the deep reside,
In harmony, where ancient secrets hide.
The ocean, she’s a mirror to our soul,
Reflecting back the parts we can’t control.
Her waves, they rise, they fall, with grace and ease,
Teaching us to ride the storms, to seize
The moments of calm, of peace, of light,
To find the beauty in the darkest night.
The ocean, she’s a guide, a path, a way,
To navigate the trials of each day.
So let us listen to her ancient call,
To respect her might, to stand tall.
For in her depths and on her shores we find,
A reflection of our own heart, soul, and mind.
